Repairs

We can repair almost anything, whether it's a restringing, a change of clasp or a complete reimagining when working with your jewellery we feel it's important to get your input to ensure everything is just right. We prefer to do this face to face so please visit us in store with your jewellery if possible.

If you can't make it into the shop we also offer a postal repair service, although please consult us first by phone or email (info@beadeuphoria.co.uk or 01271 268262). Please also be aware that we have no control over Royal Mail and while they usually provide an excellent service if your jewellery is particularly valuable or sentimental we would recomend sending it to us via special delivery. We also charge £6.95 postage and packing to return your items via special delivery in addition to our repair charges. 

Pleas note, our basic price list is for straightforward repairs and orders, any pieces requiring extra work will be subject to price negotiation.
